* PBSI Response Time Guarantee - As long as a PBSI On-Site Hardware Maintenance Agreement is in effect, PBSI guarantees to be on-site in your office within 2-4 PBSI business hours of receipt of a critical service call.  PBSI also guarantees that if your system is completely inoperable for more than 10 consecutive PBSI business hours, PBSI will provide one month free hardware maintenance support for all hardware components covered under our agreement.
