Customer Response Cards
Customer comments - On each onsite visit by a PBSI technician, the technician leaves a response card for the client to fill in and mail. Each month, every completed comment card is scanned, and the entire file emailed to every PBSI employee.
This is one component of building and maintaining a culture that encourages and rewards excellence in customer service.
